The artist Dirk Kellermann painted his “Verkehrsbild” on a house wall in Sutthauser Straße. Unfortunately, it has since faded somewhat. It shows a car accident, a road and a barrier. The picture of the car accident was taken from the newspaper. And there is also a quote about the accident next to it: “While turning on Lengericher Landstraße, this car driven by the 52-year-old woman collided with a car travelling towards Lengerich and ended up in front of a roadside tree.” The artist is referring to the specific location. Traffic accidents have often occurred at this location in the past.
