Christoph Dahlhausen’s (*1960) work of art is called “Bandages”. It is a remnant of the exhibition “Licht Kunst Transparenz”, which was on show at the Kunsthalle Osnabrück in 2006. It has remained permanently as part of the art in public space at the Osnabrück City Library.
Red and green foils and metal sheets run along the exterior wall of the entire building, both inside and out. Towards the town hall, but also towards the inner courtyard. The materials adapt to the architecture and at the same time play with the rhythm it sets.
